“There’s no such thing as regret, only opportunity,” Clarkston resident Marc Marsee emphasized as he took a stroll with his dog, Poppyseed, around Depot Park.
Marsee, a firefighter and father, enjoys spending time with his kids, living in the moment, and getting closer to God, which he has been doing ever since he “found his identity in Christ,” which is a moment that he will never forget and always cherish.
Marsee makes sure to be grateful of the things that he has and the people that have shaped his life, especially his mother, saying, “I’m grateful for my mother, grateful for where she stood. Down the road, you’ll start to understand the blessings that your parents have given you.”
Ultimately, Marsee’s story demonstrates the importance of faith, family, and gratitude. By living in the moment and appreciating the people around him, he hopes to inspire others to value the blessings in their own lives.
