Painting made by a teen named Emily Smerud and titled the painting; "fix it". Smerud wanted to use her art to underscore the importance of community support during a mental health crisis. Many young people struggle with mental illness, she said, and because of shame or discrimination, they often try to take care of their problems by themselves.

Alejandro Gonzalvo is a freshman at CJHS. He is 15 years old. In his free time, Alejandro enjoys skiing, listening to music, and eating. He loves his two dogs, Scooby and Doobie. He dreams to become a music/movie producer, a biologist, or have a job in politics. He hopes to go to the University of Michigan or some college on the West Coast (UCLA, USC, or University of British Columbia).
