Elle Weston is a CJHS 8th grade student enrolled in a wide variety of afterschool activities, such as Weightlifting Club and Drama.
For the future, Weston shares, “I hope for success…to get the job I want in the future.” She also mentions wanting to stay close with her friends and make many new friends too.
When asked about hopes for future jobs, she talked about wanting to be an actor, and wishes to inspire others to get into acting like her.
“I’ve always loved movies and television, and I wondered if I could ever do something like that,” Weston expressed. “So I tried it in my Drama class last year and I loved it. I loved improv, and giving character to the parts I played. I don’t care about becoming famous or anything, I just want to perform.”
Colleges are huge decisions that could determine your career and success, which from previous questions is something Weston strives for with the hopes of being an inspirational actor.
“I’m not dead set on any colleges, but I’d like to go to the University of Southern California because they have a good theater program. I’d definitely like to go somewhere with different options in case I want to switch my major,” Weston shared, also mentioning wanting to go to a college out of state since she’s been stuck in the same town her whole life.
Overall, Weston is already an inspirational person, unafraid of what others think. She brings great passion to Clarkston Junior High and wears the school colors with pride, always participating in spirit weeks and encouraging others to do things they’ve never tried. I don’t have any doubt we’ll be seeing her on the red carpet or starring in movies.
