9th grade CJHS student Gabe Serrano explained his life after school, including how he earns money, takes care of his family, and still maintains close relationships with his friends.
“After school, I do stuff with my friends. I also work; I cut lawns for my sister’s boyfriend,” Serrano responded.
Everyone has a favorite type of entertainment. Serrano’s favorite type is playing video games.
“I play lots of video games. I play the new skate game and the 2K25 basketball game. I also like to ride my bike after school,” Serrano said.
Serrano also stated what games do for him, “Games help me destress and just have fun honestly.”
Finally, Serrano explained his family life, “My family life is pretty good; I have to watch my nephew Maverick a ton. I help my family out a ton. I’m very family-oriented, we are always there for each other. Me and my family do everything together.”
This shows that everyone in our school is special, we all have our own story, but sometimes you just have to dig deeper to really see it.
