The Freshman Football team has been on a roll this season, utilizing their teamwork and leadership to demonstrate that they have what it takes to be a complete team.
Under an excellent coaching staff and a spectacular fan base, Clarkston has managed to secure a 5-0 record so far in the season with their most recent win against Adams.
Michael Selenich is a player on the team. When asked about team success, Selenich said, “I’m proud of the work ethic that we have; we want to be there everyday and work. In my eyes, a team that wants to put in work turns out to be the most dominant at the end of the season.”
Football is life for these young men; these guys put their all into their team. Most of these kids have been playing since they were young, and they are proving that hard work has results in the end. I’m excited to see how the rest of the season goes for these guys.
