“I want to be remembered as a servant of God,” Clarkston resident Marion Salwin said.
Salwin shares her faith and most personal truths about herself. She says that the most important people in her life are her “family and friends because without them, she would be nothing.”
Salwin’s very wise now, but she would tell her younger self to “be brave.”
She typically takes on life with a “glass half full mindset,” but she reflects on the saddest moments in her life when “loved ones passed away.” When Salwin feels the most alone, she feels the best when she can “reach out to friends, because they are really important to her, and help her find strength and bravery.”
Salwin is the epitome of how people should approach life, and everyone should be more like her.
