We walked into HealthQuest Physical Therapy in downtown Clarkston and interviewed the receptionist, Siana Poldin. A fresh graduate of the Class of 2022, Poldin looks back, realizing how impactful school was in her life.
“I’d never thought to say it, but I miss school,” Poldin explained. “It’s so awesome to just see your friends every day. Just slow down; enjoy it.”
She’s lived in Clarkston for awhile and really enjoys the downtown area and the people she’s surrounded with in her work space. Poldin has had the opportunity to meet many people.
“One of the best things about being in Clarkston is working here. I love working downtown,” Poldin said.
Poldin voiced that making new connections in her community and that working downtown helps her make more connections and friendships with the people she meets every day.
We asked her what her favorite season was to just take a peaceful walk, “I really love the beach, so summer, or just walking on the beach [in general].”
Poldin’s story reminds us to cherish our time with friends and family without growing up too fast.
