No matter if you went with a friend or with a partner, everyone had fun at Clarkston Homecoming, which took place on October 4th at Clarkston High School.
The theme for this event was Rhythm of Rio, which let everyone express and see a lot of exciting bright colors and cheerful smiles. Doors opened for students at 7:00 pm and went on until 10:00 pm. Don’t forget about the music–the music included popular hip hop hits like Fe!n by rapper Travis Scott, and some people’s personal favorite, Mr. Brightside.
Clarkston student Talia Barnett said her favorite tune of that night was “Party in the USA.”
There were other activities in the side gym which allowed students to acquire glitter tattoos and fun stickers.
The Friday before, our varsity football team played their Homecoming game against Lake Orion and won 42-21, which put their record to 5-1. I was also there and had a blast with friends. After Homecoming, many people decided to get together with their friends and have sleepovers after a night of fun.
